1.  Antilia. The world famous home of India's richest man Mukesh Ambani not only is the costliest house in India, but also tops the world's most expensive homes. Its cost is 1 Billion dollar. It has 27 floors and covers an area of 4 lakh square foot.
2. The Sea facing retirement home of Ratan Tata located at colaba in Mumbai, its just 20 minutes of drive away from the Tata sons head quarters. Its a 3 storied simple house covering around 13000 sq meters of area.
3. Known as the competitor of Antilia, the house under construction of the Singhania family looks very similar to the ambani owned Antilia. At the ground floor there will be raymond shop which is the flagship bran of Singhania group. It will also feature a museum that will showcase the art and other collectibles owned by the family. Anil Ambani plans to topple Mukesh from that place by building a home much costlier than his brother, his home is going to cost 5000 crore, much costlier than Antilia. The house is under construction in Bandra in Mumbai but once completed will become the costliest residence in the world.

6. King khan's house mannat is one of the best known houses in Mumbai, it has almost become a must see place in the tourist circuit.

7. Steel tycoon lakshmi niwas mittal own many houses around the world, in India he own a bungalow on delhi's Aurangzeb road.
